Jacqueline and her associates offer a range of services across the coaching/mentoring spectrum, and the skills and understanding to know what to offer, and when. J Hill Associates coaches are members of a recognised professional coaching body and regularly take personal supervision and coaching. They also either have or are working towards recognised professional qualifications.

Leadership Development
At some point we have all been managed or managed others, and we know that there are certain skills and behaviours that lead to success in getting results through others. What is less obvious is what these are and how we can develop them. Successful leaders have that magic combination of management skills and leadership behaviours that not only enable their teams to get things done, but also to exceed expectations time after time.
We cannot simply copy what our role models do. There is something about what they do that is bound up in their own personalities and backgrounds, and we cannot hope to recreate that precisely. Nor should we want to. Everyone brings their own skills, strengths and preferences to the leadership role and we strongly believe that leaders can build on these to create their own successful, authentic approach.
We therefore start where you are, explore where you want to get to, and build individual and team programmes to help you get there. We provide training and development activities for a range of skills including strategic planning, managing priorities, change, people and project management. We also help leaders develop the softer skills; enabling them to develop the understanding, confidence and flexibility to authentically adopt different approaches and to effectively motivate and use the skills of the people around them.
