An initial meeting with you helps us to clarify needs and the areas in which we can help. We would then confirm the scope of our work and associated fees. Our approach is participative and based on transfering skills, so much of our work is carried out in the form of workshops, focus groups, interviews with key stakeholders, and working in partnership with people in your organisation to achieve the desired outcomes. We would hold regular reviews with you throughout, enabling us to agree changes in direction, scope or approach where necessary.
